The Wrap Up 2020

We are fighting against COVID 19, but let’s not forget that we still have a battle with AIDS/HIV. Today we show support to those who are fighting this disease, and remember those who have succumbe to it. There are 36.7 million people who have the virus and more than 35 million people have died of HIV/AIDS still making it one of the most destructive pandemics we have faced in society. 45% of young people between the ages of 13-24 are unaware that they have this virus, and it just goes to show how important it is that parents need to be more active and involved with their kids sexuality, and speaking with their kids especially today in this hyper sexual society.

We live in a world where we pride ourselves on having love, compassion and understanding. We need to stand together everyday to ensure that we educate not just ourselves, but the future generation. We have come a long way in the fight, but there is still a long way to go. People are living longer and better lives due to the new treatment options they have. However prevention is better than cure so stay safe and protect yourself by knowing your status. You can be committed to someone, that doesn’t mean they are totally committed to you, so protect your love and wrap it up! There are many organizations that offer free confidential testing in the clinic, and now-a-days we have the option to do in home testing. The 2020 wrap up, while we cover our face, let’s not forget to cover our penis’ as well.

Yoni Etiquette

Does your vagina have manners???  Unfortunately not all young ladies or women are taught by their mothers how to take care of their lady parts.  One way that we women can show our p*ssy power is thru our yoni/vaginal etiquette.  What is Yoni etiquette??? Yoni etiquette is ensuring that your vagina is appeasing to all senses.

Smell…INHALES DEEPLY…

The most important of the senses I think we all can agree on is smell.  How to make your yoni pleasing to this sense is very simple…hygiene…Hygiene does not only entail washing the outer and inner parts, but maintenance of the yoni internally with diet, and externally with cleansers that are all natural, and yes we wash our external parts with cleansers.  I have to be specific when saying this because some will think I mean to literally wash the inside of their vagina.

Visually Pleasing…

If you’re not a bare as you dare type of femme then keep the lawn mowed.  No one wants to go down to a jungle, that’s like frying up some good chicken with hair and proceeding to enjoy it *picks hair out of teeth*….it’s not enjoyable.  Visual aesthetics is important, treat your yoni to a vajacial yes a facial for your vagina.  There are a variety that  you can get that are offered by beauty bars and spas.  I will go into more detail of the vajacial on my youtube.

Touch Me Taste Me…

Your yoni should be as touchable as it is palatable.  Learn the natural oils that compliment your labia and mons pubis.  These areas should be massaged on a daily basis to keep that skin smooth, hydrated, plumped and palatable.  Always remember what we take in is what we put out.  I will discuss in my next blog fruits and vegetables that bring out the best succulent flavors of our yoni’s.

Listen To Her…

Yes I said listen to her, our bodies speak to us all of the time now it’s important to pay attention to the changes we are seeing and realize it is happening for a reason.  Yoni health is just as important as our health overall.  Get a calendar and get to know your vagina.  Is your period regular??? Do you know when you ovulate???  When do you have discharge, pay attention to color and consistency??? These are basic questions you should be able to answer about your yoni!

Natural is Better!

Ok, so as we all know I am heavily into holistics and natural products. For years I have tried to find a truly natural deodorant that works. I first tried using lime and baking soda, that worked for about 3 days and I resorted back to using commercial deodorants reluctantly. Until one day I was at a radio station, and one of the hosts informed me that she uses coconut oil. I was pleasantly surprised at this and eager to try and do my review. Check out my video below, and suscribe to my Youtube channel to stay up-to-date with al of my reviews.

Self-Care Isn’t Selfish

You deserve care and comfort, you have to nourish to flourish. What kind of peace do you invite into your world??? There are many ways you can relax and refuel. Whether it’s a Sunday or any other day of the week, self care is essential to your mental health and wellness. With a little bit of planning, you can create some necessary and well deserved “you time”. The most basic animal instinct is self preservation. Taking car of yourself comes in all types of packages. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Declutter, eliminate negative energies thru meditation, massage, unplugging from social media, less scrolling more living, working out, or a relaxing bath.

When developing your selfcare routine keep in mind that it is not always cake and trips to the spa. Sometimes it’s meal planning, going to bed early, letting go of a bad friend. Self-care isn’t just luxuries, but again it’s a way of survival.

Safaree’s Secret

Since Safaree’s penis pics were leaked, the women can’t seem to keep their hands off of him. Mr. Anaconda has inked a 7 figure deal with Doc Johnson one of the top sex companies.

Prior to signing his deal, Safaree was on the Breakfast Club in which he denies leaking the pic himself.

“That’s not something I want out there. My nieces, they follow me, they watch everything I do. My mom, my sisters so people who think I’m trying to do stuff for promo… I would never, ever [leak] that.”

Safaree’s misfortune has turned into his fortune. The molded replica of his appendage is now available for preorder. Set to release in December, this is a gift I’m sure a lot of ladies would love to get.

Hot and Steamy For The Holidays🔥

Freaky fun for the holidays be safe and make sure to wrap your gifts before stuffing the stockings okayyy💁🏽. The festive season not only is a time for lots of fun and romance but also the time when the spread of STI’s skyrocket so while you’re wrapping them gifts make sure to stay safe and protected and unwrap the condoms. A healthy lifestyle also includes a healthy sexual lifestyle. Yes I wish there was a fairy to wish away these nasty little critters that can invade our sexual organs, but there isn’t and a moment of pleasure is not worth a lifetime of pills or injections. Keep in mind that lice, syphyllis, scabies, and herpes are still very much contagious even with the use of a condom. If you still want to have unprotected sex dip your organs in holy water and say a prayer.

It’s The Most Fertile Time of The Year

After the good drinks and eats comes the sexual treats!  If you were born from mid September to early October your were an oops baby, yes sorry to burst your bubble, you my dear are a holiday baby, unplanned pregnancy, the ultimate gift for Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or what ever holiday your family celebrates.   Alcohol doesn’t help, these boozy Christmas parties and gatherings.  So if you are going to get frisky have your contraceptives ready.  Condoms should always be on deck.  However if you and your partner do engage in unprotected sex ensure that you are not ovulating at this time, and if you are then you need to be careful and use a condom.  Personally I do not promote the use of pills, IUD, Depo or any chemical form of birth control.  The goal is to keep chemicals out of our bodies as much as we can not introduce them.  As women we need to be in tune with our bodies and learn when our bodies are in its most fertile state (ovulation).   https://www.ovulationcalculator.com/ovulation-symptoms-signs/
